On February 21, 2025, at the Xuan Son Cement Plant (Ngoc Luong Commune, Yen Thuy District, Hoa Binh Province), Xuan Son Group held a significant event – the Launch Ceremony of Xuan Son Cement. The Xuan Son Cement Plant spans 40 hectares with a total investment of VND 5,000 billion. It is one of the largest cement plants in Vietnam, boasting a production capacity of 3.3 million tons of cement per year. Utilizing an advanced manufacturing process, the plant integrates state-of-the-art technology and automation from leading global suppliers. These include Polysius with its modern grinding technology, Flender with high-power transmission systems, Haver & Boecker providing automatic packaging technology, and energy-efficient electrical equipment and motors from Pfeifer, Vacuum, and ABB.
Optimizing Efficiency & Moving Towards Green Cement Production

- Energy Efficiency: Heat consumption is kept below 680 kcal/kg of clinker, and electricity consumption is under 71 kWh per ton of cement.
- Waste Co-Processing Technology: Waste is utilized as fuel in the cement kiln.
- Energy Recovery: Waste heat from the kiln is used for power generation, reducing reliance on fossil fuels.
- Environmental Protection: Moving towards green cement production with zero NOx and CO2 emissions.
